Celebrating Culture Through Story

Diversity week is all about celebrating the different cultures here in Melbourne.

At the Museum itself, we have a mix of different people that are coming from different walks of life, and with different stories and traditions. We can't help but exploring this, and celebrating it this week.

Bilingual Storytime fosters a love for reading and writing at a young age and supports the development of their literacy skills and also creates a culture of understanding and love for cultures that are not their own. So, Join team IMA in this wonderful exploration of culture and story and enjoy the fun along the way.

We have Storytime in Arabic, Indonesian, Farsi, Turkish and Somali.
