At the heart of the event is the Makers Showcase, where local producers compete across various categories of homemade wine, beer, preserves and bread.  

Judged by esteemed local businesses such as Jamsheed Wines, La Siréne Brewing, Costante Imports, and Akimbo Bread, this friendly competition highlights the finest offerings from Darebin's makers. 

This long running and much-loved community event provides a unique opportunity to stroll through the showcase and sample homegrown beverages and produce. Hear first-hand from the makers about their inspirations, techniques, and stories.
